陈更新,博士。 2011年毕业于中科院海洋研究所,同年进入中科院南海海洋研究所工作,主要从事海洋中尺度涡和环流动力研究;以访问学者身份访问美国缅因大学、科罗拉多大学和俄勒冈州立大学。发表论文三十余篇,相关成果是科技部优秀973项目“南海海气相互作用与海洋环流和涡旋演变规律”重点推荐成果,获评“第四届南粤科技创新优秀学术论文”,入选“2015年度中国海洋十大科技进展”。
