  刘钦燕,女,博士,研究员,硕士生导师。2000年7月,青岛海洋大学海洋环境学院海洋气象系获学士学位;2005年毕业于中国科学院南海海洋研究所物理海洋学毕业获博士学位。2005年8月至今,中国科学院南海海洋研究所工作。曾多次赴香港城市大学、澳大利亚联邦科学与工业研究组织海洋与大气研究所进行学术交流访问。
