Research direction

  海洋-大气相互作用、气候变率和全球变暖、海洋对极端天气事件的影响。 王春在博士主要从事研究海洋-大气相互作用在全球和区域气候过程中的作用,气候变率和全球变暖对极端天气事件的影响以及海洋和大气环流。他分析大规模海洋和大气数据,使用海洋和大气数值模拟实验以及理论进行研究。他目前的研究方向包括(1)太平洋、印度洋、大西洋之间相互作用及其对全球气候的影响;(2)海洋环流对气候的影响及物理机制;(3)气候变率和全球变暖对极端天气事件(如台风、干旱、洪水等)的影响。

  王春在,博士,主要从事海洋-大气相互作用和气候变化的研究,与世界上100多名科学家合作研究,取得了丰富的创新学术成果。在《Nature》《Nature Climate Change》《Bull. Amer. Meteor. Soc.》等国际学术期刊发表SCI论文140多篇,H-指数为48,入选ESI地球科学领域Top 1%高引用科学家,3篇文章被Web of Science评为高引用文章(Highly Cited Papers)。他最近的3篇论文被《Science》、《Nature》、《Nature Geosciences》的主编作为重要成果专门介绍。有一本气候专著《Earth's Climate: The Ocean-Atmosphere Interaction》。他在重要国际学术会议上做特邀报告18次,此外还担任多个国际著名学术刊物(如《Journal of Geophysical Research-Oceans》、《Journal of Climate》)的主编或副编。是中国科学院“百人计划”学术帅才首批入选者、中国教育部“长江学者”、中国科学院海外评审专家、广东省“珠江人才计划”引进领军人才。
