研究方向

丘耀文博士,主要从事典型海洋生态系统中持久性有机污染物(POPs)和重金属的生物/环境地球化学过程的相关研究。

个人简介

丘耀文博士,在生态系统的水平上,系统地研究了持久性有机污染物(POPs)和重金属在热带、亚热带海域典型海洋生态系统(海湾、红树林、珊瑚礁和深海)中沿食物链(网)的累积规律及其关键影响因子,注重藻类对毒害物质(POPs和重金属)的生物富集效应,早期还研究了近海富营养化与赤潮的相互作用及其生消机制。 主持并完成国家重大科学研究计划课题(2013CB956101)、国家基金面上项目(40573061、41376091)、广东联合基金、国家海洋专项和中国博士后科学基金等课题,参加赤潮“八五”攻关、“九五”重大和“973”等项目;发表论文68篇,总被引2400余次(10篇论文单篇被引用 >100次),入选中国学科高被引作者名录。
