海洋调查研究、海洋数据同化研究、海洋环境保障系统研制
毛庆文，1970年出生，博士，研究员，曾在香港科技大学开展合作研究。主要从事海洋遥感应用、海洋GIS开发、海洋调查和海洋数据同化系统研究工作，共发表研究论文30余篇，被SCI收录论文10多篇。近年来在遥感资料海洋信息提取、海洋GIS框架设计和海洋数据同化等方面取得了国内外同行认可的创新性研究成果，尤其近年来研制开发的南海海洋水文信息系统，提高了应用单位的海洋环境保障水平。目前主持和参加了973项目课题、NSFC-广东联合基金重点项目、中国科学院重点项目等多项。
1988年9月—1992年7月：青岛海洋大学海洋系天气动力学专业，获学士学位；
2000年9月—2005年12月：中国科学院南海海洋研究所在职博士研究生，获博士学位；
1992年7月—现在： 中国科学院南海海洋研究所；
2002年7月：香港科技大学合作访问。
