严幼芳,博士,研究员,曾先后在香港城市大学、美国佛罗里达州立大学、挪威卑尔根大学合作访问研究,在海洋环流热力动力学和海气相互作用等领域取得了一些具有创新性的研究成果,发表研究论文 30余篇;主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点基础发展计划项目、中国科学院战略性先导性科技专项子专题若干项。
